Home Products Photo Shoot -Part 2

As I mentioned in my last post I'm working on my new website and catalogue which has inspired me to take new images of my products. A new project that I've been enjoying tremendously as interiors and styling has always been one of my interests!

So much time, thought and work goes into taking an image that sometimes when flicking through the lovely images in interior magazines I have taken for granted.

So having just had a little taster I'm willing to learn and pursue this new venture even if it is for fun- so watch this space :-)

Morning Frost

Although I tend to complain many times about the weather and missing my sunshine, I must admit I do like the fact that we have four seasons and what they all bring to nature. The colors, textures, sounds , smells, temperature are part of what define each season. This morning as I was having my coffee contemplating out of the window I saw this lovely frost captured by my plants and got me thinking how much garden needs TLC ....mmm..How long for Springtime? :-)

Dear all..I hope the beginning of 2011 is going well for you. Here at the studio it is all back to work as I'm getting ready the new spring/summer collection for my trade clients in the next couple of weeks. Meanwhile I have to make way for new products to appear on my various sites and craft shows soon. The last couple of months have been some of the most manic I've ever had! (I'm still dreaming of Bali) In the meantime I have created some sets of four images. You can see more in my Etsy shop.

I'm off to the city for a few days..

Well folks the day is finally here! Finally I'm off to London for 5 days to be part of an exhibition I've been working for months! I shall tell you all about it when I get back...Be good and have a good week Xx0

Welcome Springtime!

My childhood upbringing was very inspirational and influenced where I am today. I was lucky that both parents were always interested in the Arts by taking us to various exhibitions and encouraged me to paint and be creative at our home in Barcelona. Since then there have been many life journeys, but no matter what the circumstances may have been some sort of creativity has been part of out lives. Today my mother lives in a lovely cottage in Dorset where she paints in her studio inspired by her garden and surroundings. Last month she opened three shops online! You can see more of these lovely prints in Etsy and Dwanda and home wares collection here...I know..she is unstoppable :-) !

Although we have Autumn leaves & unpredictable weather, somehow my garden flowers are still holding up! So I took the opportunity to photograph them before too late.You can see them in my little shop as prints, canvas or cards.

I must get on with my furniture painting before it rains!... :-)

Thanks to my lovely client Eloise I got myself organized to set up a picture frame section on my shop. Somehow I never got round of putting it all together but the intention was there!...so if you need to frame your prints here it is ;-)
